Holton Hollow Farm is in Northeast Iredell County, near Statesville in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. for over 60 years, Iredell County is noted as the top milk producing county in the state. The Piedmont region's climate and soil provide optimal conditions for the well-being of cows and great tasting milk. The taste of our farmstead cheese reflects these favorable qualities. We practice fertility farming without chemical fertilizers or pesticides in our pastures.
